In the modern world, people monitor the safety of their lives. The basis for the construction of the occupational safety system at the enterprise of JSC OS Fiberglass is the principle that safe work is not only the absence of accidents, but the result of constant actions taken by all employees of the company aimed at identifying potential causes of accidents and participating in preventive measures to prevent them.

The glass industry has a high percentage of workers in harmful working conditions. The main harmful production factors present in the workplace of a fiberglass packer are heaviness, production aerosols and illumination.

We have investigated all the factors, counted all the related measurements that affect the fiberglass packer during his work.

As a result of the analysis, it is clear that it is necessary to pay special attention to the light environment and the severity of labor. The final class of working conditions 3.2 (harmful, dangerous).

This class brings negative phenomena that lead to early stages of occupational diseases. Specialists are entitled to additional benefits, namely: compensation payments and guarantees, shortened working hours, special additional leave, the right to retire early.

We will conduct research on each factor that deviates from the norm. Necessary measures to improve working conditions at the packer's workplace.

During the research work, harmful and dangerous factors at the workplace of a radiologist were considered and measured. A class of working conditions has been identified and measures have been proposed to improve the workflow that will be less harmful to health.

As a result of studies of production factors and factors of the labor process, it was revealed that not only the parameters of the light environment, but also the severity of the labor process have a negative impact on the employee. The final class of working conditions at the workplace corresponded to Class 3.2.

In order to reduce the negative impact of the technological process on the employee, measures were proposed, the implementation of which will improve working conditions at the workplace of the glass fiber packer.

Suggestions for improving working conditions are: modernization of the lighting system, organization of a recreation area.

As a result of all the proposed measures, as well as the execution of all recommended procedures by the employee, the class of working conditions at the workplace of the glass fiber packer will be reduced, the level of harm to the health of the employee employed at this workplace will be minimized.

To achieve the reduction of the negative impact of production factors on the employee and the improvement of working conditions at the workplace of the glass fiber packer, it is necessary to solve the following tasks:

- study the technological process;

- to identify harmful and (or) dangerous production factors of the technological process present at the workplace of the glass fiber packer;

- to develop proposals for the implementation of measures aimed at improving the working conditions of the glass fiber packer.

As a result of all the proposed measures, as well as the execution of all recommended procedures by the employee, the class of working conditions at the workplace of the glass fiber packer will be reduced, and the level of harm to the health of the employee employed at this workplace will be minimized.
