The relevance of the research topic is determined by the general trend in the development of modern psychological science, which is closely related to the study of communication as the dominant factor in the formation of the entire system of psychological qualities, mental development of a person. Satisfaction with professional activity largely depends on communication. This necessitates the search, development and practical implementation of communication models as a multi-subject activity related to the motivation of students.

The purpose of our study is the influence of sociability on the educational motivation of psychology students and managers. The object of the study is the educational motivation of psychology students and managers. The subject of the study is the influence of the level of sociability on the educational motivation of students. The hypothesis of the study is that communication, as a multi-subject activity, affects the educational motivation of students.

The theoretical significance lies in the fact that communication and motivation are considered as the most important concepts in psychology; the relationship between the components of communication and motivation, as well as some personal characteristics of students, is revealed. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the research materials can be used by students and teachers in their professional activities.

Students with a high level of sociability are motivated by "acquiring knowledge", that is, they are inquisitive, more sociable, like to be the center of attention, strive to acquire new knowledge and strive to become more erudite. Such students are characterized by communicative (expanding the circle of communication by increasing their intellectual level and new acquaintances), cognitive motives (acquiring new knowledge), aesthetic motives (enjoying learning, revealing their hidden abilities and talents).

Students with a low level of sociability are motivated by "getting a diploma", that is, they prefer solitude, tend to look for workarounds when passing exams and tests, strive to acquire a diploma with formal assimilation of knowledge and receive remuneration for their work. Such students are more characterized by professional and value motives (expanding opportunities to get a promising and interesting job); motives of social and personal prestige and unconscious motives (getting an education not on their own, but under the influence of someone).

Students with an average level of sociability are motivated by "mastering a profession", most often they are patient enough in communicating with others. Such students strive to acquire professional knowledge and form professionally important qualities, gain recognition from others, participate reluctantly in disputes and disputes, defend their point of view without hot temper. Such students are more characterized by broad social motives, expressed in the desire of the individual to assert himself in society; status-positional motives (the desire to establish oneself in society through teaching or social activity, to gain recognition from others, to take a certain position).

Therefore, according to the results of the study, we have received confirmation of our hypothesis.
