Speech plays an important role in a person's life. It is interconnected with the development of human mental processes. By acquiring and developing speech skills, a child not only learns about himself, but also gets to know the world around him, builds relationships with other people, learns for himself the norms of behavior accepted in society, which helps him to adapt in real life.

The development of the grammatical structure of speech in children is of great importance. It is morphologically and syntactically literate speech that can serve for a child not only as a means of communication, but also allows him to develop thinking.

The child perceives any information more easily if it is presented in an entertaining form. Given the growing interest of preschoolers in modern technical innovations and gadgets, the process of speech development through information and communication technologies is becoming not just interesting for the child, but also the most productive.

In the age of computer technology, digitalization is firmly included in the environment of modern education at all levels. The State program of the Russian Federation "Development of Education" for 2018 — 2025 includes a priority project "Modern digital educational environment of the Russian Federation", aimed at improving the quality of education of citizens using information and communication technologies.

The organization of the educational process using information and communication technologies in modern preschool educational organizations contributes to the implementation of the key principles, goals and objectives of the federal state educational standard of preschool education.

The dynamics of the development of the modern world, the introduction of information and communication technologies in various spheres of life of modern society dictate the need for their use in educational activities. The State recognizes this direction among the national priorities. Informatization of the educational system is now of fundamental importance.

The combination of traditional educational methods of developing the grammatical structure of speech with the use of innovative technologies makes the teaching and developing processes not only more visual, but also more interesting for children, and, consequently, more effective.

It is known that the leading activity of a child is a game. Modern children of senior preschool age, who have already mastered modern gadgets, will more fully assimilate the information obtained through the joint use of didactic games and these technical means.

Modern ICT tools (computer, Internet, TV, DVD, CD, multimedia and audiovisual equipment, etc.) allow us to use the principle of visibility in working with preschoolers and improve the quality of the visual material used. The use of modern gadgets introduces fundamental innovations in the development of active forms of learning.

Currently, information and communication technologies are used by preschool teachers in the work on the development of the grammatical structure of the speech of their pupils. After all, grammatically correct speech is the most important criterion of a person's level of intelligence and culture. With the use of ICT, children learn morphology and syntax faster.

But, despite the high efficiency of the use of information and communication technologies in the development of children, it is necessary to take into account the possibility of their negative impact on children's health. The use of modern technical means in preschool education requires careful organization of both the educational activity itself and the mode of working with them in accordance with the individual characteristics and age of children, as well as the requirements of sanitary rules and regulations.

Thus, the combination of traditional methods of teaching and developing children with the introduction and use of ICT in the work of preschool institutions, taking into account all the requirements of the SanPiN and other regulations, make the educational process not only more visual, but also more interesting for children, and, consequently, more effective.
