The theoretical background of our paper is Alexander V. Kunin’s phraseological conception and his method of phraseological identification [1, с. 48] that was used to extract computer terms of phraseological character from the dictionary chosen for our study [5]. The paper is also targeted at finding out business PU-terms with full and partial shift of meaning and defining their structural and grammar constructions [2, c. 94].

Phraseological units used in business discourse are distinguished by figurativeness, neutrality, constancy of component composition, integrity of meaning and reproducibility in finished form [4].

As a result of the analysis of the dictionary, we managed to identify such structural and grammatical constructions of phraseological units of business English as:

Two-word combinations with the structure Noun + Noun:

cash flow – 1. The movement of cash in and out of a business. 2. The net Income from a particular transaction after all cash expenses have been met (noncash expenses such as depreciation being specifically excluded from the calculation)[5, c. 97].Денежный поток – 1. Движение денежных средств в бизнесе и из него. 2. Чистый доход от конкретной сделки после покрытия всех денежных расходов (неденежные расходы, такие как амортизация, исключаются из расчета):

By such financial means the state attempts to modulate private business's cash flow and barter this for conformity to public policy. The purpose for which such financial powers are used are not codified in law (BNC).

Two-word combinations with the structure Adjective + Noun:

rich pictures – a pictorial technique used in soft systems methodology enabling individuals and groups to compare their views of the key entities, structures, processes, relationships, and issues involved in a problem situation [5, c. 484].Комплексное представление – изобразительная техника, используемая в методологии мягких систем, позволяющая отдельным лицам и группам сравнивать свои представления о ключевых объектах, структурах, процессах, отношениях и проблемах, связанных с проблемной ситуацией.

There are a number of techniques that can be used to help in the business analysis phase, including interviewing strategies, information modelling, rich pictures and root definitions, and some of these are discussed in Section 2.6. (BNC)

Two-word combinations with the structure Participle 1 + Noun:

sinking fund – a fund set up to replace a wasting asset at the end of its useful life [5, c. 513].Амортизационный фонд – фонд, созданный для замены ненужного актива в конце срока его полезного использования.

Payments had been made into the sinking fund throughout the war years, even though the government was running deficits, on the principle that the gradual accrual of the sinking fund, with each new issue of debt having an amortization provision to be paid into the sinking fund, would reassure the nation's creditors. By February 1817 the sinking fund totaled? 62 million (COCA).

Two-word combinations with the structure Participle 2 + Noun:

open position (naked position) – a trading position in which a dealer has commodities, securities, or currencies bought but unsold or unhedged , or sales that are neither covered nor hedged [5, c. 399].Незастрахованная позиция – торговая позиция, в которой у дилера есть товары, ценные бумаги или валюты, купленные, но не проданные или нехеджированные, или же продажи, которые не покрыты и не хеджированы.

Actually, Bernanke has been acting on his own with respect to the easy availability of funds from the Fed window, which has resulted in a windfall arbitrage opportunity for the banks, but the payoff of the CDS out of TARP was Geithner all the way. Re your other comment about buying CDS without having an insurable interest – what would be called having a naked position – I believe someone should be able to do that, BUT, as you must do when shorting a stock, they should also have to borrow the shorted security so it can be ultimately be delivered (COCA).

Thus, in this research we have found business and management phraseological terms with 4 main types of structural and grammar constructions. Components of such constructions may be with a full or partial componential meaning transference of component meaning based on metaphor [3, c. 81] or metonymy, which are characterized by the transfer of the name of an object or phenomenon to another object or phenomenon by adjacency, i.e. on their real connection in reality [3, с. 93].
