In the history of mankind, people had to count time, measure different things, weigh products. For this purpose, it is necessary to create a large system of various measurements necessary to calculate volume, weight, length, time, etc. The data of such measurements help to study the quantitative characteristics of the world. The role of such measurements is very important in the development of the civilized world. It is with the help of these measurements that the formation and management of various technological processes takes place, as well as the quality control of products.

There is a science that systematizes and studies such units of measurement - this is metrology. Usually, metrology implies the science of measurements, of existing means and methods that help to observe the principle of their unity, as well as ways to achieve the required accuracy.

It is necessary to distinguish between the objects of metrology:

1) units of measurement of quantities;

2) measuring instruments;

3) techniques that are used to perform measurements, etc.

Metrology includes general rules, norms and requirements, issues that need state regulation and control. And here we are talking about:

1) physical quantities and units, as well as their measurements;

2) principles and methods of measurement and measuring equipment;

3) errors of measuring instruments, methods and means of processing measurement results in order to exclude errors;

4) ensuring the uniformity of measurements, standards, samples;

5) state metrological service;

6) the method of verification schemes.

There is practically no field of activity where the results of measurements, tests and control are not used more and more intensively.

The important role of measurements in the problem of improving product quality.

Indeed, the measurement results are the main source of information on the basis of which the necessary adjustments are made to the design and manufacturing technology. Obtaining information of an unreliable kind leads to accidents, quality reduction due to errors of the first and second kind, the need for repeated control of raw materials. Because of this, there are large losses.

The Law of the Russian Federation "On ensuring the uniformity of measurements" occupies an important place in determining the meaning, development of metrology and metrological support, which is an act of the highest rank.

L-CARD company has been creating certified measuring equipment since 1987. An important point of creation is multi-channel ADCs. From the very beginning, the company has set a difficult, but important goal for the entire instrument industry of the country, which can be called the production of specialized measuring equipment with a ratio of quality and price.

In this thesis, we will develop recommendations for improving metrological support.

This paper contains an introduction, three sections and a conclusion.

The first section contains an analysis of the production process of multichannel ADCs, namely the stages of production, classification of parameters and requirements of the NTD, the main technical characteristics of the ADC.

The second section tells about the analysis of methods and means of testing and control of multichannel ADCs.

The third section contains the selection of the method and means of testing multichannel ADCs. This includes the main theoretical provisions, the choice of measuring instruments, measurement methods, calibration methods, the use of the new SI in production, its financial feasibility.
