The way that music helps one cope with difficult situations in life is hardly comparable to any other influence of external factors. Music can create and maintain the right mood. It can help you relax or, on the contrary, it can energize you.

In the morning it's better to listen to cheerful and rhythmic music, it will help you wake up and make you want to jump out of bed and change your life for the better. Also cheerful and energetic music has an effect on the human psyche and makes it change from sadness to joy and sadness to optimism.

Calm and smooth music helps to relax and calm, distract from everyday worries, reduce the number of thoughts in your head. Slow and relaxing music affects a person like a sleeping pill, so if you are plagued by insomnia and you do not know how to fall asleep quickly, use calm music.

Whatever mood you want to set with music, it is important to choose those songs and melodies that you like and that will delight your ears. Music can have a positive effect and make a person happier if it is in harmony with this state. Otherwise, the effect of music on a person can be negative.

As for the styles and directions of music, everything is not simple. On the one hand one should listen to the music he likes, on the other hand the studies of scientists show that different styles of music can affect differently the physical and emotional state of a person.

It is not a secret that music can affect human health. In recent decades hundreds of experiments have been conducted, many scientific works have been written and thousands of articles in serious medical publications have been published.

Here are some facts from the world of medicine that point to the positive effects of music on health and the human body:

- Researchers from Hong Kong have found that music lessons develop the memory and mental abilities of children. Their long observations proved that without any special exercises, a person's memory improved from practicing music.

He recommended men to listen to more rhythmic and energetic compositions, and women to listen to calm compositions, which promotes the formation of character and state of mind.

Scientists have long noticed the ambiguous influence of music on people and wondered what kind of music is beneficial and what is harmful. In today's world there are a huge number of musical styles: jazz, hip-hop, rock, metal, rap and others.

Observations have shown that the effect of music on the human psyche rock is manifested in the amplification of positive and negative emotions. In this case, the music compositions can charge a person with confidence and add determination.

Naturally, the pop music of different years is very different and now you can highlight the works and songs that have become classics and carry a positive charge, especially if the songs have a semantic load. Such music can raise the mood and emotional mood of people.

Rap and hip-hop trends are most common among the younger generation, this culture is borrowed from the West. This style is easy to perform, does not require strong vocal data, and allows you to freely express your thoughts and emotions. However, doctors also observe not the best effects - an increase in aggression, anger, a decrease in emotional tone, the ability to intellect.

Electronic, club music is very popular now and many young people prefer this style. But we should be careful not to abuse this kind of music. Studies have shown that constant listening to such compositions reduces the ability to learn, negatively affecting the intellectual capacity.

Studies have also been conducted on the question, what kind of music do successful people prefer to listen to, and what poor class? It was noticed that successful people like classical music, various directions of jazz, and people of low income often listen to songs in the style of rap, heavy metal. A person's life goes on in a certain rhythm, each organ also works rhythmically, and music often sets the mood for work and improves the state of mind. There are now compilations of music for, for sports, for development, to combat insomnia, even to cope with headaches.

Many people confess that their favorite music shapes them as a person. It's all expressed so vividly that you can tell by the look on a person's face what they're listening to. For example, my older brother admits that he grew up on the work of Kurt Cobain, known to many as the lead singer of Nirvana. He knows all his songs by heart and likes to relax to the songs, where Cobain's voice monotonously draws out the lines, plunging his thoughts into nirvana, then breaks into a scream, forcing him back into a world where reality is cruel and unfair. He once told me that to a Nirvana band track he broke the window of a guy who was hurting him. Perhaps it was listening to my favorite band that influenced my brother to form such negative traits as disobedience and insolence.

Understanding the effects of music on the human psyche, you can look at your favorite songs and songs differently. Each of them carries a special charge of energy, thanks to the wonderful combination of music and poetry. It's important to learn how to feel and understand what wave you're on when you listen to music. Is it positive or depressing? Music has become an art that is not forgotten today, it continues to live with us, never leaving us even for a moment. It began to be studied as a science and discovered so many healing properties, which are increasingly used in daily activities.
