An important element of human activity is communication – one of the components of "communication", the most important functions of which are not only the exchange of information, the creation and maintenance of relationships between subjects, but also influencing the "emotional component" of the participant in communication. As a result, communication can perform the function of maintaining ties not only between individual subjects, but also to maintain and establish and maintain strong peaceful relations in modern conditions of endlessly unleashed wars, raging natural elements and economic crisis situations breaking out against this background.

Nowadays, people, regardless of the country of residence and the mainland, communicate with each other in writing or orally. The whole world communicates through interlanguage communication

Interlanguage communication is formed from the ability to communicate in a language that is considered intercultural. It is awarded the status of "international".

In order for interlanguage (intercultural) communication to take place, people who are involved in this process must perceive and realize that another language and culture is "alien" to them. Also, during communication, they should not use their everyday speech, traditions and accepted norms.

Interlanguage communication can be interpreted in two ways:

1. Communication of representatives of different nations in the same language. In the process, the language changes its phonetic and semantic characteristics under the influence of the culture and traditions of the native speaker.

2. Communication of people belonging to different nations through an intermediary who has a certain set of knowledge about the language and culture of the communicating people. Professional translators are designed for such cases. They interpret the information said in a foreign language into their native language and give the final result to the listener.

A modern person should know at least one foreign language. This will greatly facilitate his life in any field, be it business or simple life. Therefore, interlanguage communication currently exists as one of the mandatory aspects of any educated person.

The degree of effectiveness of communication, the assimilation of information directly depends on the depth of the emotions involved. The poetic text, which also performs a communicative function, is one of the strongest means of influencing the subject, since the sound side of the text affects on a subconscious level. Poetry can be considered as one of the most important means of interlanguage communication, contributing to the formation of a world community in which a certain degree of community of people goes beyond national and state borders, and universal communities of interests and values are formed

Poetry is recognized as a special kind of thinking, and this imaginative way of thinking is characteristic of all age and social categories. Each nation has a certain set of psychological and behavioral stereotypes, more or less inherent in all members of this historically formed society. Despite the fact that the stereotypes reflect the generic features of the ethnos, there are invariant (simplified, averaged) objects that exaggerate the similarities between individual elements and ignore the differences

The linguistic picture of the world reflects the genetic and cultural memory of the people. In every culture, norms and peculiarities of speech behavior, communicative stereotypes have been formed over the centuries. The linguistic consciousness (national mentality) of speakers of different cultures are similar in many ways, which opens the way to the rapprochement of cultures

Communication always acts as interpersonal interaction, i.e. a set of connections and mutual influences of people. It should assume some result - a change in the behavior and activities of other people. The language of poetry is able to contribute to this in the most favorable way.
