Everyone who lives in the apartment block dreams about a nice cottage out of town. Of course, there are lots of things in a city that make your everyday life much easier. Schools, kindergartens, shops, hospitals: all of them are within walking distance, but the same city can make you forget about privacy and a breath of fresh air.

The city is a constant bustle. Everyone is in a hurry somewhere, an endless stream of cars rushing past and bad ecology cause only negative emotions. Living like everyone else in a standard apartment with a mediocre layout – what could be more boring. Small, sometimes even tiny rooms interfere with the implementation of all ideas and plans when you have to buy furniture that you don’t even want just to fit into the apartment. What cannot be said about the house or cottage, which can be built on your own, according to your tastes and preferences, or even bought a ready-made one?

A cup of coffee that you can drink in a cozy gazebo or on the porch of your country house will help you recharge your batteries, get positive emotions and tune in the right way. There is no fuss around, only clean air and singing birds. What could be more beautiful than to meet the sunrises and sunsets, admire the beautiful scenery and the starry sky every day.

So, if you decide to build a house, you need to think about what you will build it from.

THE HOUSE OF BRICKS

It is a strong and durable structure that does not lose its appearance and quality over time. The material is fireproof, in case of fire it retains its integrity, but it has its disadvantages. The main one is the high cost. The house from a brick demands constant leaving, it needs to be heated in the winter period, that heat was kept in it and there was no dampness indoors. Therefore, it is necessary to live in it permanently, and not only in the summer.

MONOLITHIC HOUSE

This way of constructing has become very popular in building of multistory constructions. Such buildings are quite complex in construction and require the participation of special equipment. The main building material is ferroconcrete. With the advent of new technologies, construction has become much easier, since now monolithic concrete is used for this purpose. It is durable and reliable material. The speed of construction of such a house is quite high, and it will serve for hundreds of years. The house is resistant to weather disasters, such as earthquakes. But the noise insulation is not very good, as well as thermal insulation. Additionally, you will need to insulate the walls.

FRAME HOUSE

The buildings are low cost compared to the rest. The speed of construction is very high. Such a house will not need constant maintenance. It will be comfortable at any time of the year. In winter, it retains heat perfectly, and in summer it will be cool. Materials for its construction are environmentally safe, and construction can

be begun at any time. And the most interesting: the house can be easily moved – dismantled and erected in a new place. The main drawback here is an insufficient noise insulation, as well as the fact that a fairly complex structure requires high qualification and training from builders.

WOODEN HOUSE

Such buildings perfectly pass fresh air, producing oxygen. It is a completely eco-friendly “breathing” material. The construction will be inexpensive due to the fact that no additional treatment of the walls is required, and the material itself is affordable. Wood has good thermal insulation, which will significantly save on heating in winter. The house made of wood can be easily disassembled and reassembled. Also, it looks really nice both outside and inside. The tree must be periodically treated for harmful bugs and rotting. As for fires, a wooden house can inflame in seconds. In this case, you necessarily need to set the fire extinguishing system.

THE HOUSE OF THE RETAINED FORMWORK

Recently appeared technology of construction of “thermohouse” using permanent formwork. It is made of foamed polystyrene, which is environmentally friendly, fireproof and has excellent thermal insulation.

Fixed formwork allows you to finish the construction in the shortest possible time and significantly save both on the construction itself and on building materials. The house of the retained formwork has low cost, good thermal and sound insulation.

HOUSE OF FOAM BLOCKS

It can be erected independently, and it is convenient to install. This, of course, is great and helps to save money without involving equipment and specialists. Such a house is quickly built: in just a few weeks you can build a one-story house. Foam block retains heat well, as its porous texture contains air. The blocks themselves are quite large. They can replace the size of ten bricks. But the audibility in such buildings is excellent, so there is a need for additional noise insulation. Walls require facing outside and inside.

What material to choose for construction – it's up to you. As you can see, each of them has its advantages and disadvantages, but one thing is clear: nothing can be better than your home. It is possible to relax in a secluded environment away from the bustle of the city, spend time in a cozy courtyard with family or friends, and most importantly – behind the wall there are no neighbors.
