The task of quick and qualitative assessment electromagnetic field in the town locality is one of the complex modern scientific tasks. At present there are various software and new ones are being developed for calculating and estimating the electromagnetic field distribution in an industrial centre. They use deterministic and statistical methods of calculating and estimating electromagnetic field distribution depending on the character and nature of the problems. Besides estimating electromagnetic field distribution on large territories deterministic methods become useless because of high labor consuming but statistical methods do not provide the designed results.

All the coefficients have statistical character and are distributed approximately according to the normal law of a random variable.

A programmable method complex has been developed, some laws are represented by separate correction coefficients as it is necessary to establish functional laws and the to describe them analytically; some correction laws represented by integral laws should be represented by asymptotes.

Having a large number of coefficients it was important to unite all these subprograms info a single complex.

An algorithm of programmable complex on the basis of the developed method of calculation, has been developed which determines the number and sequence of the required operations.

On the basis of the algorithm, was composel a programme which consists of the main and service parts. The service part of the program provides a slot for the input parameters of sources of radio waves, their location on the maps of the city or region.

The initial data for the program are:

the number of light sources electromagnetic field;

the frequency of radiating sources;

the suspension height of the receiving antenna;

the distance to controllable lone boundary on the calculation type is given locality of the transmitter on the chosen local map or local relief in definite direction.

The percent of the places and reception time for the source. Depending on the chosen map and locality of sources on it the program calculates and builds the amplitude distribution on them according to the given signal level for each source separately and for all in the dB. In case of town map choice it is possible to see amplitude distribution on the city map or region map.

If necessary, you can display the information about calculation steps using what can be judged by the correctness of the calculation. To check the fidely of calculated results have been used nature measurements of EMF implemented radio stations "OUR Radio".

The comparison of calculated and the experimental results have been done. The results of this comparison show that the program has satisfactory accuracy for the operation, it does not exceed the allowable developed the error of 7-10 dB. In particular from the foreign publications in programs using this approach they consider tolerances 10-15 dB quite satisfactory. Nature measurements of EMF implemented radio stations "OUR Radio". The measurements were conducted with scanning receiver at the level of 1. The field intensity wax measured on the main town directions. Experimental data have been given in tables on the basis of which have been designed the field intensity levels for radio stations "OUR Radio".
