“Young Guard” is a socio-political youth organization of the United Russia, the ruling party of the Russian Federation. It was founded in 2005. This organization has the following objectives:

involvement the young people into the process of further development of the democratic society;

development in young generation the feelings of pride and patriotism for their country;

providing multinational and inter-confessional forums of Russian youth to strengthen the Russian Federation;

formation of youth culture and rising the educational, intellectual and professional levels of young people;

propaganda of best achievements and traditions of Russia in order to preserve the connection of generations;

providing conditions for comprehensive development of the citizens of Russia and supporting their right to unite in various political and social organizations;

propaganda of healthy lifestyle;

preserving Russian culture and supporting the development of science, sport and tourism;

The organization is obliged to publish annual finance report. The members of the organization are to pay membership dues. The “Young Guard” has Political Council and Social Council. Among the members of the Social Council are well-known TV- presenters and journalists. The Federal Agency of Youth Affairs with the help of the“Young Guard” has organized the forum of young people “Territory meanings on the Klyazma”. It has been taking place every summer in the Vladimir Region since 2015.

We'd like to pay special attention to the Fund of Social Work of this youth organization. It deals with judicial, psychological and social help for students. The Fund has organized 60 legal advice bureaus in various higher educational establishments of the country. There are storehouses with humanitarian aid in 32 regions of the country belonged to this youth organization. They have helped about 6500 students.

The organization has a school of parliamentarism that helps to establish the dialogue between young people and representatives of Russian government. Young people can work as trainees in the federal agencies of legislative and executive powers. They can develop their own social projects and legislative initiatives.
