Discussion. The Effektivvnost of the considered diagram in case of dust content of gases on an input in the electric precipitator of 10-20 g/m3 makes 98–99% that defines carrying out of dust within 0,1-0,5 g/m3. The similar efficiency of dust removal is insufficient, here is not considered that reliability and consequently, and utilization coefficient in comparison with the rotating furnaces and grid-iron refrigerators at electric precipitators below, and it to lead to lowering of efficiency of a pyleulavlivaniye.
Researches of dust of cement works showed high content of lead in them – 1800 mg/kg, zinc – 410 mg/kg, cadmium – 93 mg/kg and copper – 62 mg/kg [1, 2, 5]. They remain long time even after completion of operation of the enterprises which are a pollution source.
Conclusions. Results of a research of disperse composition of the dust which is formed by production of portlandtsementny clinker say that the dust pollution allocated from sources – polydisperse. The dust released into the atmosphere after cleaning contains higher concentrations of CD, Pb and Zn in comparison with dust in a gas stream before cleaning. High concentration of dust in emissions does huge harm to the environment.
Now behind a condition of lands in zones of technogenic influence of the enterprises it is practically not controlled, maximum allowable concentrations for many pollyutant in soils aren't determined. All this complicates determination of level of pollution of soils and also rationing of the emissions leading to their pollution.
