As we know, the student's life is filled with not only a sense of freedom and responsibility, but also with tension, anxiety, and even disorders. Almost every student went through a situation, where he or she experienced stress as eustress and distress. But some students don’t know the kinds of stress, so under the stress they figure out only about negative stress.
This study is aimed to the audience of KAZGUU University, namely, second-year students of Higher School of Economics. The reason for this is the first-year students that do not fully perceive their situation. Students of the third and fourth years know what to expect. The second course students are the ideal option to participate in this survey, "How stressed are students of KAZGUU university?" Firstly, they already have some understanding of what is meant by the word “session”. Secondly, in the first year they passed comprehensive disciplines. Thirdly, in the second year they learned something new in their selected fields.

If we talk about the subjects of the second year, several disciplines can be distinguished to stress students. The first place is "Mathematics", then "Finance" and "Accounting". Also, it should be noted that only 1 student (2%) did not experience stress and 3 students (7%) experienced stress at all subject.
The question "how often do you experience stress?" 71% of students, namely 29 people answered "yes", and 29% of students answered "no".
The last point of this survey was to answer the question "How do you fight against stress?" The diagram shows that 30% responded "other". In this question they could write their comments. About 4 people have written that they don’t get rid of stress, some students wrote that they watch different TV shows, movies, reading books, someone even relaxes by smoking and working.
Based on the above, it must be concluded that the second-year students of the High School of Economics of KAZGUU University are subjected to stress. The research showed that the stress is on average level and it is a very satisfied result.
