Phraseological semantics is closely connected with the lexical, but, nevertheless, it is characterized by a number of characteristics. Consideration subject: value types in phraseology, phraseological rethinking, phraseological abstraction, the inner form of phraseology, idiomatic aspects of value. When analyzing the values of phraseology is also important to the isolation of these things, semantic elements smaller than one or another aspect of idiomatic meanings.

The semantic structure of phraseological units wider its value, since it is not limited to only significate, denotative and connotative aspects, and is also determined by the construction of the entire education in general, the type of its grammatical meaning, for example, numbers or mortality, or monosemantic or polisemantic, as well as the system language and voice communications.
